Don Asher & Associates is always looking for the welfare of the community as a whole. We regularly inspect the property, observe community records, monitor deed restriction violations, and review contractor performance.

We establish, coordinate, and provide administrative and secretarial functions of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC):

​

• Committee training and advice

• Preparation, review, and approval of architectural applications

• Correspondence with owners requesting ARC compliance or completion of applications

• All other necessary correspondence related to the ARC
